Raka recently launched a new website for Turbana, one of the leading importers of bananas, exotics and pineapples, and the number-one importer of Fair Trade bananas and plantains in North America. We designed and developed this website for their plantain chips in Flash for a fun and engaging user experience. Keeping things light and playful, we built on their new brand and character “Max Platanicious” and created a colorful and bouncy site that introduces visitors to the delicious snack well-known in many countries outside of the United States. Raka recently developed a microsite for Hood®. Built in Flash, the website showcases tennis legend Chris Evert and Simply Smart® milk. With tennis tips, videos, podcasts, recipes, contests and dynamic banner ads, the Simply Smart website is not only a great resource, but is a great example of Raka’s multimedia capabilities.
