Prior to co-founding Raka in 2004, Duncan was a creative lead at Wunderkind Studios for 3 years and Creative Director for his firm Duncan Craig Design for 2 years. During that time, Duncan honed his skills as a web, print and motion designer with a keen ability to listen to a client’s description of their company and extract exactly the right pieces to create a successful and accurate marketing campaign.

With a BA in Communications from the University of New Hampshire, a Certificate in Special Effects from New York University, as well as experience as a MITX Awards Judge (the largest and most prestigious awards competition in the country for technology innovations) and lecturer in Macromedia Flash at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), Duncan bridges the gap between client services and design, making sure that a client’s wishes are met in a timely and realistic manner.

After hours, Duncan enjoys cooking (especially his grandmother Dee Dee’s secret recipe tomato sauces and meatballs), banging on his acoustic guitar, hanging out with his ladies (Cat the fiancée and Lulu the mini dachshund) and adding to his ever-growing collection of sweaters and jeans.
