Kristin Miller Morales

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Kristin comes to Raka with 12 years of experience representing agencies and creative people. Ultimately heading up the New York office of talent and literary agency, Writers and Artists Agency (now part of Paradigm), she represented actors and agencies in New York City, Chicago and Los Angeles, pinpointing the right talent solutions for executives at film studios, theatres, and television networks. Her ability to create new business, gather and disseminate information, juggle hundreds of projects at different stages of development, and design and execute marketing strategies make her a terrific match for Raka.

Kristin is a longtime volunteer and advocate for the arts. In Manhattan, she was a Team Leader with New York Cares, leading teams of volunteers to bring homeless children from East Harlem shelters to arts programs throughout the city. On the Seacoast, she and her family are active supporters of a number of arts organizations and other non-profits.

Kristin has a BS in Communication Studies and French from Northwestern University and spent her Jr. Year at Université Paris Sorbonne.

She likes people to know that she rides her bike to work and is even known to keep her helmet on indoors. She spends most of her free time with her son and husband but she also enjoys yoga, reading, cooking, hiking, kayaking, and the New York Times crossword puzzle. And biking.
