Xerox and Nuance came to us with the need to create a new comprehensive sales kit that was more professional than the ones that their sales team had put together themselves.

Challenge

There was not much time and the Xerox product Scan to PC Desktop (powered by Nuance) needed a new brand, new collateral, new messaging and new way of delivering it all to sales teams across the country.

Solution

Raka hit the ground running and designed a new logo for Scan to PC Desktop, and then convinced them to digitize all of their printouts and deliver them in a new 4-CD booklet. Raka then rewrote the copy for all the brochures and five video pieces, and finally designed the sales booklet, new brochure templates with custom illustrations, CD labels and storyboarded the videos. A quick follow-up of an interactive calculator was then done to show the impressive ROI of the calculators.

Result

The result was a comprehensive yet streamlined new sales system for Xerox sales teams to use when selling Scan to PC Desktop. Going from brand, to print, to interactive, to video, Raka was able to show our versatility and give Xerox and Nuance a variety of stand-out pieces.
