Intern & Apprentice Program

For people interested in gaining digital marketing agency experience in a part-time role, Raka offers traditional student internships as well as apprenticeships. Both interns and apprentices perform the same roles and have the same involvement with our team and clients. The only difference is that internships are meant for currently-enrolled college students while apprenticeships are meant for people who have professional, post-graduate experience which may not be specifically in digital marketing. Apprentices are usually professionals early in their career who are interested in making a career shift to digital marketing.

Raka’s intern and apprentice roles provide real-world experience in a truly collaborative environment that helps build knowledge and skills in inbound marketing, data analysis, social media marketing, HubSpot management, time management, professional communication skills, and client service. In addition to getting experience, when we are working in the office, you’ll also get the following perks:

  • Free snacks (and lots of them)
  • Friday lunches from some of Portsmouth’s best restaurants
  • Dog-friendly office (not a perk if you’re allergic, we suppose)
  • Billiards and cornhole at your leisure
  • Money! (yep, all our interns are paid)
