How long does onboarding take from start to finish?
Raka’s HubSpot Onboarding services are typically completed within 60–90 days of purchase. Most clients finish in 45–60 days, giving your team enough time to complete tasks while allowing flexibility for rescheduled meetings, vacations, or unexpected delays.
This approach prioritizes key objectives so you start seeing value as quickly as possible.
How involved does my team need to be during onboarding?
Raka’s approach to onboarding focuses on training the trainer, because we believe an empowered team is an efficient team. We recommend assigning at least one point person for each hub you’re onboarding to.
That person should plan to dedicate about 10 hours per week to completing onboarding tasks and ensuring a successful setup.
Can you help with data migration and integrations?
During HubSpot Onboarding, Raka will provide guidance on importing data with HubSpot’s import tool and integrating with native HubSpot integrations.
Guidance on the setup of non-native HubSpot integrations or creating a custom integration will be an additional cost.
What happens if we need support after onboarding is complete?
